Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using ClinPlacer on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must not share your account with unauthorized users.

Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Overuse of student limits may require plan upgrade at renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Introduce malware or harmful code

Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload (student records, placement details, assessments).

By using ClinPlacer, you grant us a limited license to process and display this data solely to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for non-payment.

Upon termination, you can request data export within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

ClinPlacer is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
